Handy Communications Co., Ltd. (hereinafter to 'company') expresses the following processing policy to protect user's personal information and interests and handle user's grievance related to personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act. 2. Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information

3. Matters concerning the provision of third parties for personal information

In principle, the company processes the users ' personal information within the specified scope for processing purposes and does not process it beyond the original scope or provide it to a third party without prior consent from the users. However, you can process your personal information in the following cases :

② If there are special provisions in other laws
